Shipping policy


Thank you for shopping at ULZZANG BELLA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.



All orders made before 6:00 PM EST are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.



At ULZZANG BELLA, we are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all our products.

Estimated shipping to USA will be approximately 4-13 business days and we will ship your order using FedEx, USPS, or another carrier with comparable quality.

For international orders, please be advised that shipping time will vary depending on various logistics and customs issues that are outside of our control. Please understand that delivery delays can occasionally occur.



You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order here:



ULZZANG BELLA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service during normal business hours at or simply reply to the order confirmation email with the cancellation request. ULZZANG BELLA will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special orders, marked as shipped and drop-shipped items cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as an assembly. In the event that an item cannot be canceled, customers are able to return eligible items.
