Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs operations are handled by ULZZANG BELLA together with the selected freight provider customs agency for shipments outside the United States.

Any documentation needed will be provided by ULZZANG BELLA to have the package cleared if necessary. Suppliers that we partner with have many years of experience with international deliveries and thousands of international buyers. Therefore, we can guarantee fast and smooth delivery.

However, ULZZANG BELLA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier using your tracking number or our support team directly at to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
